Paul M. Walkup

Paul M. Walkup, 89, of Jamestown, KY, passed away at 8:58 AM, Tuesday, June 12th, while in the company of family members, at his residence. .

Paul was born in Jamestown, Ky on September 14, 1922, a son of the late Josephine (Dunbar) and Samuel L. Walkup.

He was a member of Jamestown Lions Club and Jamestown United Methodist Church Jamestown, KY

He served in the U.S. Army as a T4 in WW II.

He was a retired Enviromentalist for Cabinet of Human Resources

He was the husband of Anna (Lawless) Walkup.

Paul is also survived by
two daughters, Paulette (Larry) Wells, of Bowling Green, KY;
Annette (Bob) Auth, of Jamestown,KY;

Paul is also survived by
three sisters, Maxine Walker, of Columbia, KY; Marie Gosser, of Somerset,KY; Jean Combs, of Anchorage, KY.

He is also survived by 2 Grandchildren 3 Step Grandchildren 4 Great Grandchildren and 2 Step Great Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by 1 brother James Lawrence Walkup

Religious Service at Jamestown United Methodist Church, Jamestown,KY, at 11:00 am on Friday, June 15th, with Pastor Pat Hoeksema and Pastor Don Hatton officiating.

Thursday 5:00pm. at the Jamestown United Methodist Church

Jamestown Cemetery Jamestown, KY.
