Joe Flanagan, 66, of Somerset, KY, formerly of Russell County, passed away Saturday, May 15th, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Joe was born in Somerset, KY on August 22, 1954, a son of the late Mary (Mitchell) and Attis E. Flanagan. He was a retired Paramedic- Firefighter. Joe is survived by; wife Evelana (Johnson) Flanagan, of Somerset, KY two daughters, Amelia Ashley (Chris) Pabey, of Jamestown, KY; Michelle Brooke Flanagan, of Somerset. KY; a son, Jason (Valerie) Flanagan, of Lawrenceburg, KY; a sister, Linda Flanagan(Gary) Cox, of Lawrenceburg, KY. a brother, Dan (Ginny) Flanagan, of Campbellsville, KY; He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Connor James and Anthony Kirk Flanagan, and Cherry Lily Pabey He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Rudy Flanagan. Religious Service at Clear Fork Baptist Church, 760 Clear Fork Rd., Russell Springs, KY, at 2:00 PM CST on Saturday, May 22nd, with Bro. Joe Sullivan and Dan Flanagan officiating. Visitation will be Friday 5:00 to 8:00 PM CST. at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, in Jamestown, KY and Saturday 12:00 to 2:00 PM CST. at Clear Fork Baptist Church 760 Clear Fork Rd. Russell Springs, KY. Interment at Jamestown Cemetery Jamestown, KY. Family request memorial donations be made to the Clear Fork Baptist Church and can be made at the funeral home or church.
